    as far i know, you are a dude that decided to become a warrior so u follow the path of spirits and then both firstborn then chosen attacks the mountain clans, in a part the chosen almost menages to get the forces to reach and takeover the land but you stop em like the mountaineer you are

    toughts on chieftan
    trought with it has shown now it has an good aoe, it dosent have any good single target potential (if it has) on both pvp and pve aspects
    it can be hardly noticed that something is missing since there still need to add 4 experts and such made "clans help" unefficient and not pratical to use also due its only 8 seconds duration (i suggest an increase to 12seconds), the plague rat skill should be reworked in order to be more handy as example as some pepole said an its own minion that a differnce from others, it will cause its costant aoe and apply the effect around and as ai it will run around or go where the chief says by re applying the skill during its duration that can be of like 10 seconds at its maximun level of developement its hp will would be 50-60-70-80% of chief's and will copy 100% of chiefs's deffence, as ending point it will take the pene,accu,fero, depth fury eccc, from the chief. along the 35% magic dmg costantly around itself and the ability to apply the effect so it can be a viable skill is way more situations, and icrease the skill cooldown reduction to 50% at 4/4
    as the last 4 skills it most be something that can allow the chieftan to deal more damage to an single target but no more critical hit boosts, there eught

    an damn ton of cc that will make em able to keep out of combat groups of legionair twice or even trice the amount of the chieftans in group fight, it shows to be the ultimate flag defender and can cause chaos inside the areas for make to the legionaires impossible to act whiout movine evrywhere whiout controll (wich is also very frustating) and since the legion dosent posses resistance skills out of the barbarian, it will make the wars lead to the directions of the sentinels by alot, as next skills it must not be more crowd controll since it would be simply too much and make to the legion impossible to live at any case, it is essentialy the warlock but support versions and with better controll
     
    expectation in the impact of the realease of the classes:
     
    the templar will make the legion have massive difficulties on mass pvp scenarios due to its immense crowd controll and make for sure the templar will become one of the dominant classes in arena, if the legion dosent gain more ways to resist to the sentinel's controlling skills, the legion will loose completely any hold in pvp (where theykinda had the upper hand?) that will make the sentinel side better in both pvp and pve wich is a massive issue, already strong class even whiout being completed so even if the next skills them gain will be weak it wont be a issue
     
    the chieftan will help in huge manners in guild raids with many enemies and on mob grinding in events like invasion of chaos event, but by being imcomplete it wont be able to do much, mediocre class due being incompleted, depeniding on what it gains next it can be a really strong class, but only if its lacks gets covered and gain a chance in fights of single targets, if the next skills will be weak the chieftan will almost become automaticaly underpowered but if the adjustments are right it can even become op, its in the middle of op and weak, but for sure the ability to be faster than any other class in the game can make em formidable attacks in the mermen trials IF they gain some single target dmg power

    instead if go with
    aoe master (+ pve ++ pve solo -pvp +pvp mass ): 5/5 eagle eye, 3/5 bear power and 5/5 trashing and then 4/4 swooping army, rugged hide and car reflexes
     
    as result i gain a class wich dosent near to noone accuracy on its gear and possesses high critical hit
    it ended up dominating on mass mob situations since there was a high aoe damage output (with certain hits) suppoerted by many critical hits, and rugged hide will provvide protections to urself aiganist the area attacks from bosses or soloing while trashing will also help on making the boss' aoe way less dangerous
    as in pvp, in small fights it wont have much a changing moove but in groups its aoe can be a issue to the enemies and adding that thier dodge will also be decreased, the light armored will be more vulverable and trashing can be used to decrease the lethality of the high damagers and if the chieftan gets targeted by multiple players it can use hide for become higly resistent and not worth all the focus since its allies will gain time
    main stats: magic mace on main hand (and physical on offhand) high critical hit and skill cooldown and if possible penetration

    damage bomb(++ pve, +pve solo, +- pvp, +- mass pvp): 5/5 eagle eye, 5/5 bear power and 5/5 wolf alacrity and then 4/4 hide, swooping army and 2/4 clan's help
     
    as i result i gain a build wich is weaker in on masses but has huge advantages on mermen trials and just "kill that dude over there" thanks to the massive 200% damage extra dealt via wolf aclirity wich allows to kill enemies with dangerous feats but not huge suvaivability as templars as example ( the movement speed can allow u to reach one trought a storm) and just the fun to see a huge number in one hit is amazing thats all
    on pve it allows a chance to be a damager for bosses (specialy dagan) thanks to the bomob gave the alacrity
    mains stats: physical main magic off,critical always prefered as  skillcooldown same and add penetration (yes u can make one gearset work with 2 different builds)
    (then i will work on more builds once the skills stats are final and i can mess with the chieftan in the calculator)
     
    true op thing of chief: immunity to the guildglobe

    you know the paladin's healings are supposed to also be survival skills right? (if we ignore the fetters, decreases enemy attack but dosent work on boss, thier aura that increases healing recived, thier party deffence boost, the passive even if weak) 
    and if the selfcast should be made avaible, its power must be weakened from the godshield u know as now to a normal shield
    also u can always trust your own armor (because i could only trust on that and roar when i did tp hard on my barbarian before stoneskin got the amazing rework)
    u still can have the idea to go with 1 tank paladin and 1 magic/support paladin for simply have one of the most insane combination u can get, u have the basic possibility to get a  10k ,wich is strong even in pve scenario, shield evry 15 secs if u coordinate well, out of having in dangerous situation the chance to heal 40% or more of health all at once
     
    i want to remind u that this game also have pve and not only arena and pvp stuff like it

    it heals an certain amount of health from the maximun (30% at 4/4 if im not wrong) when efffectively used on a enemy under poinson, and about the heal boost yes it should as also the healing combo from bloodtristh (seeker skil) should be too, since they made the barbarian's combat fury work with it

    im a f2p and i dont have time to help because i need grind for the gear in order to get able to do the upcoming things and that makes me only able to help like maybe once a week.
     
    the limited faction choice in us-saffire WAS implemented but it was because the situation was ridicolous, u could see that the mcs were 4 cats repect to the horde of elves, now its no more because there is a little of balance.
     
    but yes there should be some advertising for ws since as we can see the new player income is low (the lv20 farmers/grinders in mc side are essentialy gone, only few stays) and when they join thier only target its to rush trought all content whiout thinking twice to grind for a bit (and count that any class in the game cant simply instantly eat trought the content, you already need menage all ur resources right for reach the irselnorth questline alone and some classes, mostly the damagers, just cant till lv9 or event time due to no huge/endless source of potions)
     
    the population balance is also essential when its a faction vs faction online rpg like warspear because if one side grows too much over another the lower one will slowy become unplayable due by more players going in the opposite side it will be more  likely to be one side to have an overwhelming amount of players and just win the battle of territories by making an masscharge to the enemy, even if sometime it has to be extreme like the character creation block on the specific server for have some balance, but i consider advertising is better or simply add some support to solo the things (daily quests from the start, minions or potions in the store till the start or get potion from the previosly said daily quests) in order to allow players to make thier own way alone whiout being forced to call for help, wich would allow at the same time to the faction that dosent have much helpers for whatever reason to grow due to players that does the thing by themselves.
     
    in the short, f2p need grind thier ass to grow wich means near to no time for helping, factions must stay balanced when nedded even in extreme ways, and there should be something in the game that allows to completely do it alone (for free) with eught effort from the start and always whiout having to wait for special events in order to prevent to the over population unbalance to happen in first place
