This needs some clarification

 

1. You won't be able to completely BAN people. Probably mute only (maybe should've refrazed the title but whatever)

 

2. Using your mod powers for your personal use would be a punishable offence and should range from a mute to a permaban. Reports with clear proof should be provided

 

3. Devs would choose the in-game mods like they chose forum mods. We trust them (most of I guess) and I don't see why you wouldn't trust an in-game mod

 

4. If you can tell how this is a bad idea, I'll give you a cookie. Please clarify your arguments
