Well would be awesome if gear would be passed once i make new lvl 6 lock, i will make it in the same account, but i think it's a dream.. I care so much about that lock, i m understanding it specially in this period.. I will for sure make it full +10 & go again for arena season lvl 6 if i ll get him back or atleast the gears.. I know, there isn't a real proof, but my screenshot gave something to think about i guess. Roland sir, you saw in this post how many people support me, i am a good person, i hope you can put an hand on your heart & close an eye (or maybe two) just for this time, by my side i will try to support always this game & keep mc side active as much as i can. Try to be in me for 1 second & see the char who I worked a lot on is wasted.. totally wasted.. I can ensure that is a really really bad feeling sir..

ty guys for the support really.. yea.. i don t need the char lvl down, but atleast the arena season award & the staff, the staff without removing the amp, cos it s really hard to +10 & great charm a staff.. but if he really can't do anything i will sadly accept it...

Hi dear admin, ok, i will do last try posting my screenshot, since my dear friend kathari (aka Poley / Styxa) pmed me this morning on mc side, she told me she spoke to you & Peter about the situation & told me i need atleast a screenshot to send some proof. Well there it is & even if it's not a real proof, u can see some interesting things from it: I don't know if u can check the properties & see the date in wich it has been taken in the forum, it was at 19/06/2015, ‏‎ at 17:48:32, (just 10 mins after i used the elixir, as I said in the first post in this thread) i could discover tht my lvl was increased because i tryed demand arena & it didn't work because s.exkitten is lvl 6 & i m lvl 7; The area location in the screenshot is about the nyan cat event quest, as i said before, I wanted just do that quest to get the smile, when i saw my level was 7 I didn 't even finish it anyway because I was pretty upset. As you can see in the pm to s.exkitten (sorry for the bad language in that), we were both lot of surprised & sad about i leveled up, she actually accused me that i didn't use the elixir, so i told her i would telep to t1 irslenorth (yea the place in wich she gives me the elixir, as i said in the first post in this thread), to show her that I actually used it, as you can see down the life bar of my char. Well, i know that you don't know me, so you can think i m a lier or something, but i think that in Us-Sapphire a good 99,9% of the players know my name, & both my friends & my haters can say that i m not a scammer or a lier. I saw that elixirs now work properly too, i tryed many times after the fact happened, but i was wondering that maybe could be possible that update brought some bugs, bugs that now are fixed, & some of them could have been related to do elixirs. I don t know.. I am an old player now in warspear, I'm playing this since 3 years+ & i always tryed to do my best, supporting game with real money to buy coins & helping all, also voting for warspear in the best app context & telling my friends to vote as well. I would really love if just for this time you could do something, because i loved my lock and i won a season with it, lot of time gold & money wasted if he stays lvl 7. Maybe you could help with some gears transfer once i level a new lock atleast to still have my arena award.. Anyway, I would like to say thanks to have tryed that elixir so many times, that still means a lot to me. Well, if you still say that nothing can be done i will stop to annoy with this topic, promess . Thanks for the attention.

Thx a lot for your answer dear Roland, I just used it in irslenorth before going to moraktar, & i checked duration of the elixir was 12h, i was careful, but i didn't check that the quest actually would give me experience I have a screenshot that the elixir was active after i leveled up, but that can't prove anything, if u want i post it tough. Please Roland, if you could do something i will really appreciate it. I lost lot of money, gold & time to make that staff +10 & getting the arena reward, i m really upset & my partner juliet too, i promess in the future i will be more careful! If u can t level the lock down are there any alternatives you can propose? Like maybe i create a new lock & you move the gears to the new one? just the staff & the arena award ring without losing the amplification would be great! I know it's annoying for you guys & i m asking a lot.. but i am kinda desperate, maybe u can help me in some ways. Thanks again.

yea bro idk if it was a lag about the pot or what... obviously i don t have proof cos i didn t take ss when i used the elixir, i took it when i lvled up, but it s not a real proof, i feel sad... i hope they can check it in some way..

Hi all, I got a serious problem, i wanted to do the event quest to get the nyan cat smile on my lock lvl 6 xromeox, so i used at first an elixir of permanence in irslenorth at around 17:30 - 17:40 italian time (CET +1), date: 19/06/2015, to dont' level up. Problem is that was my first time & i guess it didn't work because when at moraktar i reported the quest i got the exp & leveled up to 7. Well, my request is if you could check this out & if there's any possibility that my lock's level would be brought back to level 6. I will really appreciate this if it's possible, i spent a lot on my lock, i won an arena season ring & i got a +10 staff lvl 5 & i wanted my lock to stay lvl 6 forever. Useless to say that i care about this a lot.. I have already sent a ticket in the support. Plz let me know soon.. thanks a lot.
