FOUND MY ANSWER!

No more quest/task lvl 10.... I am a lvl 10 class warlock, faction: forsaken. I completed all task that was given to me up to lvl 10. I have killed Kruzar, kevin, Zigmar and etc. After I completed Kruzar and the small task after that nothing else came up for me to do? No more green dot or question mark for me to continue.... What do I do? Thanks

Hi everyone, I am new to the game and just started playing. I have a few different profiles but all are just at lvl 3 or 4. My main game is US-Sapphire. Firstborn, ranger, lvl 15. My question is, who are the players with red over their characters? They are very powerful and I see them around all the time now and they can kill me with one or two hits? What can I do about these? My other question is how do I complete the ghost village quest? It states to find someone in the village, but when I view it on the map for the quest the "?"mark it is in the middle of nothing on the map. Sorry I am still new to all of this and wants to improve my game. Thanks in advance.
