I kill pirate capitain and end the quest's of the pirates, but i dont find others quest now, and have more areas in island, but i dont look others npc with exclamation point quest.. I need help for proced in game

I end pirates quest's and pirate capitain quast, but in island i dont look more quest, and have much others areas for i play in island but no look others quest in npc :( im ranger elf em sapphire, plz help-me
