Can we call mages fully balanced?

I think that after a few years of getting destroyed in PVP, we have finally emerged as a force to be reckoned with.

the latest update allows for basic immunity against almost all classes and as a full party, we can deal insane amounts of aoe damage.

i wanna hear your thoughts on this class at this time :D

feel free to oppose

I can pretty much say we are right now in the most balanced point after the release of expert skills.

This class has considerable damage, but can not handle any duel that dies in a slap and only hang if it is +10 and has 20 active buffs:haha:

I only play without buffs.

I mean... I only now saw this post and honestly I could probably write a book of this if somebody paid me to... Anyway to put it somewhat shortly, I feel like mages are pretty much balanced atm for they're doing a ton of aoe dmg yet still lose in single target dmg to most dps classes such as rangs/bds from elf side or hunters/rogs from mc side. So that's the pve side of things but what about pvp as a mage? When it comes to arena/gvgs/large scale pvp battles, mages tend to be quite useful indeed due the aoe dmg theyre capable of dealing, but then if we look at 1v1s or 2v2s its a whole different things with classes such as barbs or hunters who are pretty much capable of killing casters in one single stun cycle making it extremely luck based to fight them as a mage. Then again... No class is supposed to be "perfect" so I guess thats somewhat reasonable, but what I cant get myself to understand was the barrier nerf, for it made arena fights against classes such as charmers and rogues for instance considerably more difficult for theyre now very much capable of picking you out in few hits if you dont play extremely carefully. Why this is a problem imo is because the barrier nerf didnt really affect the areas where mage is shining such as pve or large scale pvp events, but the areas where it was already slacking compared to the other classes..

And before someone here says "charmers are actually super hard to play blablabla", I guess I could mention that all this comes from a mage main and a charmer secondary player.. (._.)/

Yeah I have but then again... That's fully luck based innit xd I play mage mainly for its consistency so that'd kinda ruin it..
