Please reply with any unique relics you get along with a description. You can skip small relics as they are not very useful in planning character setup. Include only unique or rare relics. Is it 10% more penetration power to when a ranger uses a skill like power shot/ Fire arrows/ hail arrows? And if so, then is this right- 20% penetration with equips. But when you use power shot on an enemy it's 30% penetration power. Is this correct? Do I have to use the Ranger blessing skill for this to work? Please be specific. Thank you.
