I don't know how many times I've died because of the lag when moving in between locations.

So would it be possible to download all of Warspear's maps to significantly reduce the load time?

Alternatively, you could make the server sense when the client is loading something, and give the player temporary immunity until the load is over?

 

The second option could be abused though.

It's not loading time, but the so called bug-pos

Your client shows u at cross, but on server u r still midway walking

Happens when many hits slowing u, due to buggy pos prediction

To avoid it, don't get stuck into mobs, and click often when moving

Maps already packed in apk or exe file

What you have is connections problem everyone has them

They used give players immunity vs mobs when log in but things changed over time

 

Btw 10 not too much I stopped counting when reached 50 that was 3 years ago hahaha

Please tell me I am saying this right:

If you cross a map, you send a request to the server, which sends you the new "level". This may take a while, causing the lag that killed everyone of us at least once.
