Did they have to seriously compensate for dark shield being outdated by adding such unfair 'nerf' to dks pure basic survival skill... Gladiator 1145 Posted May 8, 2016 Share Posted May 8, 2016 Dark Shield depends on defense since long ago(Idk if from its beginning) as you can read in its description. But I think what he is trying to say is that there might be some bug that somehow is making it absorb less damage although def is increasing. I don't know maybe resilience decreases it? mailliwdxb 86 Posted May 9, 2016 Share Posted May 9, 2016 Look at the rate of damage absorption tho.... It seems to be too less... And if i recall correctly it wasn't greatly affected by defense... It was close to a fixed value... This 'buff/nerf' was supposed to fix the fact that shield was outdated in the forest..
