Cybernem 157 Posted December 1, 2015 Share Posted December 1, 2015 80% is reduced to 55%, 25% will not make a very big difference plus mental pit is 30 secs, they decreased it to 25secs, it means you can keep your target on pit all the time if you have high CD.
